My experience includes serving as Vice President and Head of Labor Relations at Ferrero USA, the second-largest global confectionery maker, with iconic brands such as Rocher, Keebler cookies, Tic-Tac, Ferrara, Nutella, Kinder Bueno, Butterfinger, Baby Ruth, Crunch, Fannie May, and Jelly Belly based in Luxembourg. I also served as the Head of Labor Relations in a Consultant capacity at Foster Poultry Farms, a top-ranking U.S. poultry processing Company based out of California.
Before the roles mentioned, I was an International Representative for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, one of the largest industrial unions in the nation, for over 15 years. I held various key leadership positions, including Business Agent, Director, President, Automotive Coordinator, Organizer, and Pension and Health Fund Chairman. As Chief Negotiator, I regularly negotiated two Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) per week for more than ten years, dealing with some of the largest employers in the nation such as Lockheed Martin, UPS, Boeing, Harley Davidson, Ford Motor Company, and General Motors, as well as numerous small businesses.
I am an Expert in the Collective Bargaining arena having served as Chief Negotiator in the Federal, Public, and Private sectors specializing in Manufacturing, Aerospace, Transportation, Healthcare, Government, Automotive, Defense and several other Industries where I have successfully negotiated over 1000 collective bargaining agreements without a single work stoppage.
With extensive experience as a Labor Relations Professional, I possess a comprehensive background in all facets of Labor Relations. My expertise spans from contract compliance, employee relations training, handling dispute resolutions related to grievances, arbitrations, and investigations, spearheading negotiations, formulating and implementing policies, and instructing staff to guarantee adherence to collective bargaining agreements and fair treatment of employees.
